My painting adventures, layering, mystery, darkness, light. I love oil paint and also the fluidity of inks. Black inks and acrylic inks specifically and in terms of oils I use water soluble oils although I do miss the regular oils.

Deep Time

My latest painting. Black on black painting largely, with differing textures and sheens and matt surfaces. For a dark painting, it does catch the light.

This image of the Tank sinking into a dark pool became something of an obsession.
